Our certified trainers are experienced and knowledgeable, and are dedicated to helping our members achieve their goals. 

Spencer has been a personal trainer for over 30 years and specialises in getting men just like him into the best shape possible. 

He has been featured in Men's Health magazine, the Telegraph, the Sun and the Daily Mirror.

We offer personal training sessions, as well as group fitness classes led by our talented instructors.
